My stay at the Millenium Premier Hotel in Times Square was an incredible experience! The staff was welcoming, especially Monique, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Times Square. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, although the lounge could get crowded. Unfortunately, during a previous visit, I had a less favorable experience with check-in and room availability issues, which was quite frustrating. However, I would certainly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall comfort.
